A family of innovators, strategists, marketers, techies, designers, wordsmiths, relationship builders and, of course, an agency dog. Meet the team that brings your vision to life.
As our cofounder, Greg has incredible memory recall ability which makes him the agency oracle. He’s passionate about making a tangible difference for our clients and committed to mentoring our talented team. Despite being a techie, he’d rather pick up the phone and have a real conversation, especially if it involves booking a holiday in Hawaii.
Head of Strategy
Our resident strategy lead, Henry, loves nothing more than breaking new ground with insight-driven customer-centric action plans. One day he’d like to return to the Namibian community that changed his life but until then you’ll find him taking in the sights and sounds of cosmopolitan Edinburgh whenever he can.
Head of Partnerships
Emma is a relationship builder, client advocate and sympathetic ear. As their first point of contact, she nurtures, informs and delights our clients in equal measures and is only happy when they are. Lured by hot and sunny climes, Emma’s favourite place in the world is Mauritius where she just happened to marry her favourite person in the world.
Head of Digital
Billy’s some kind of wunderkind when it comes to digital, translating customer requirements, business objectives and digital technologies into cohesive solutions. A compelling speaker and instinctive photographer, Billy is a natural storyteller. If we could bottle him we would but we think he’d have something to say about that.
Head of Delivery
As head of delivery, Dave’s planning, operational and organisational skills know no bounds. If he wasn’t making sure our clients’ projects are delivered on time and within budget, he’d be cruising the streets of Istanbul in a Ferrari. But in the meantime, you’ll find him protecting his lunch from our agency dog, Romi, who’s partial to homecooked cuisine.
Head of Operations
Sean heads up all things operations, ensuring the smooth running of our agency. We keep him very busy but on the off chance he ever meets Nick Offerman, he’ll somehow find the time to go for a beer with him and talk about the simple life.
Head of Marketing
Helen’s all about brand, words, people and the correct use of apostrophes. Fuelled by a steady stream of coffee, she’s in charge of creating and delivering our marketing strategy. One day she’d like to bump into Sarah Jessica Parker in a lift, but until that stylish moment arrives, you’ll find Helen with her nose in a book and a cat or two on her lap.
Head of Growth
James works with our clients to deliver unreasonable progress. As co-founder, our vision and business strategy are also firmly on his radar, he makes sure the agency ship is pointed in the right direction before entrusting its steering to the rest of us. Seeing people flourish is a big deal for James, which is why he once took a 6-month sabbatical to coach children’s rugby in the townships of Port Elizabeth.
Strategist Rich is a hustler when it comes to devising strategies and delivering tactics designed to give our clients the best outcomes from their campaign and paid media budgets. Never one to be stuck indoors, Richard’s mantra there’s no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing, has been tested around the globe.
Lead Product Manager
Digging deep at discovery phase and managing projects through from concept to completion is what makes Katherine tick. She gets a real kick out of seeing our clients’ vision become a reality, having been part of that transformation. An advocacy for animal welfare and conservation, combined with an impulsive streak, has resulted in Katherine’s self-imposed ban from visiting rescue centres unaccompanied.
As a product designer, Nichola loves building things from scratch and fuses creativity, design and development together in perfect harmony. Top of her bucket list is taking in the magnificent redwood trees of California, but she’s happiest in her childhood home, catching up with her mum and raiding the larder.
Lead Software Engineer
When he’s not summoning up the perfect gif from his vast collection, Pete takes a more serious and logical approach working backend to solve problems for our clients by creating awesome functionality on their sites. Pete’s also the owner of an astonishing slight of hand and once wowed Tim Henman with his mindboggling card trickery.
A good website needs a solid foundation and that’s exactly what Lee builds for our clients. When he’s not constructing the perfect backend architecture, he’s mentoring our junior developers where he insists there is no such thing as a stupid question. And trust us, we’ve tested this theory many times.
As a full stack developer, Matt enjoys the best of both worlds, weaving his magic both front and backend to build web applications that are both technically capable and user engaging. It’s not only web where Matt’s building skills come in handy – he’s currently immersed in the re-modelling of his first family home, knocking down walls and making memories.
Quietly passionate about making things look good, from the websites she designs to her wardrobe, Daisy joined us at the start of her developer journey to find out where she wants to specialise. Someday soon she’d like to take off on a working trip to Australia but right now she’s enjoying life in Nottingham with all the city has to offer.
We couldn’t function without our unofficial therapy dog and canine boss, Romi. Chair stealer extraordinaire, she brings unbridled joy, excitement and tail wags to give her agency humans a much-needed brain break by demanding immediate tummy rubs. Romi’s favourite place in the world is the office. No, the park… wait. Might be doggie day care. Nope, definitely the park.
4 August | David Spencer
In March, when thousands of businesses sent their teams home to remote work due to the global pandemic, just how prepared were office workers to face this shift in their working lives? With widespread remote working likely to remain, our Head of Delivery, Dave Spencer, looks at how you can ensure a successful and happy remote workforce.

At first glance, the MarTech landscape is overwhelming. But fear not, our Head of Strategy, Henry France, breaks down exactly what you need to do before investing in any MarTech.
29 June | Emma de Maudave
Whilst video technology has allowed us to see the faces of our loved ones, colleagues and clients, it can’t replace face to face human contact. Our Head of Partnerships and relationship-nurturer extraordinaire, Emma de Maudave, explores just why that is.
