Adela Popilkova

Adela is a Search Account Executive at Microsoft and will be delivering a presentation that focuses on future developments in the world of search, whilst keeping your customers at the centre of everything you do.

She will be discussing the way users are conducting searches is changing, which means that businesses need to be changing with the times too. Learn about how you need to be proactive, not reactive, and anticipate what your customers want before they do themselves.

James Bloor

Having founded Distinction in 2001 with his brother, James Bloor is the Managing Director at the agency. He oversees the management of all internal teams and is heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the agency and client projects.

James will be delivering a presentation with Digital Marketing Manager, Henry France, which explores the customer journey - from finding your customers to ultimately converting them.
