The new website provides a much-improved user experience, helping users find information quickly and easily.
Equally important are the improvements we've made under the hood - within the Kentico administration / editing area - which have measurably improved the relationship editors had with the website previously.
This has resulted in a website that now works harder for Pan Macmillan, and it's also having a positive impact on their bottom line despite not selling directly to the public.
Since launch, the website has achieved a 369% increase in clicks through to retailer's websites, which has an indirect impact on overall sale.
